A Virtual Reality psychological intervention can reduce students’ social anxiety

In Finland, one-third of university students reported experiencing severe stress during their academic career, primarily due to having to perform in front of an audience. In his doctoral dissertation, Simone Gorinelli discovered how Virtual Reality (VR) can be combined with psychology to successfully reduce social interaction and communication anxiety while simultaneously increasing psychological skills and well-being.
